Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using OnStudy (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use OnStudy. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to update it as necessary. OnStudy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, bully, or harm other users.
• Share false, misleading, or offensive content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
• Use the App to send spam or unsolicited messages.

OnStudy allows you to create and join study rooms and connect with other users. You are solely responsible for your conduct in these spaces. We reserve the right to remove content or users that violate these Terms without prior notice.

The App Blocking feature uses Screen Time APIs provided by Apple. OnStudy does not guarantee that app blocking will be 100% effective in all circumstances. This feature is intended as a productivity aid only.

All content, branding, and code within OnStudy are the property of OnStudy and its developers. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without express written permission.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and use data as described in the Privacy Policy.

OnStudy may offer premium features. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.

OnStudy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnStudy and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to OnStudy at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
